Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vcloudio, including the website at vcloudio.ai, mobile apps, and desktop app (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Devasoft ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vcloudio provides voice-to-text transcription and text normalization. You speak into the mobile app, your audio is transcribed and optionally cleaned up or translated, and the result is returned to your device. A desktop companion app can receive text and inject it into any focused input field.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts or credentials.

3. Beta and pricing

The Service is currently in beta and is free to use. We plan to introduce paid subscriptions after the beta period. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes. Early adopters during the beta period will receive a lifetime discount.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Transmit malware or harmful content through the Service

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all audio you record and text you generate using the Service. We do not claim any rights over your content. As described in our Privacy Policy, audio is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control. During the beta period, support is provided on a best-effort basis.

7. Account termination

• You may delete your account at any time. This permanently removes all your data.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
• We may terminate the Service entirely with 30 days notice. In that case, you will be able to export your data before termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Transcriptions will be perfectly accurate
• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

You are responsible for reviewing transcribed and processed text before using it in any context where accuracy matters.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
