2.3 Cookieless analytics (no consent required)

We use Umami, a self-hosted analytics platform that does not use cookies or store personal identifiers. Umami collects anonymous page view data (page URL, referrer, browser type, country) without tracking individual users across sessions. All data is processed on our own EU servers.

3. Third-party cookies

We do not currently use any advertising or social media tracking cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent before setting any new third-party cookies.

4. Managing your preferences

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time:

Cookie banner: On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. To reset your choice, clear your browser's local storage for vcloudio.ai and refresh the page.

5. Data processing

Clarity data is processed by Microsoft Corporation. For details on how Microsoft handles this data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Umami data is processed entirely on our own servers hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. No analytics data is shared with third parties.
